How to make THIN lines in lapel pins

All of us admire dedicate crafts.For lapel pins, the simple and most clear we can feel is the lines. The more the better. But in real production, it means the thinner,the harder.

Especially for Disney pins,generally there are many thin lines in a very small pin,that’s like culture of Disney. Make it more like a movie star by these small and thin lines.So how could we do,as Disney authorized vendor?

1.For the drawings at the very beginning,we have to recheck with the designer and purchaser to discuss about the technology we may use in this pin. Generally, the hard enamel has strict request for the lines. As it is very easy to have defective goods while drying. But it is also more beautiful. Right now we use the best Enamel material in China, which can be much helpful.We still need to double check and let you know the appearance it may have by AI documents.

2.Before production:Our technology deparment will help to make mold.Then we will have a Carved Picture.It is also an important part for the Thin Lines,especially lines on the edge.It would be easy to get damaged.For this,you will be appreciated for our staff’s precision working after more than 10 years working.

3.During Production: Almost all of these complicated lapel pins are too complicated to be made by Enamel Machine.Only Professional workers can decrease the defective rate and ensure the quality. That’s a boring work sometimes. And some drawings can only be painted by magnifying glass.So trainning for workers is very important part in our factory.

Why most complicated lapel pins are limited?
